Quota Reservations (Refundable)
Quota reservation ensures that the number of pregnancies achieved by the same egg donor does not exceed a set limit.
Depending on the country where you’re seeking treatment, a Quota Reservation may be required. If this applies to your treatment location, a Quota Reservation will be added automatically to your order when you purchase donor eggs. To determine if a Quota Reservation is necessary and to view the final price, please reach out to OVACY.
Quota reservation €215 excl. VAT
The Quota Reservation is fully refundable within the first three years from the date of purchase “the Quota Reservation Period”.
The Quota Reservation price depends on your country. Please refer to our prices above.
Termination and refund of Quota Reservations
If you do not become pregnant within the 3 year Quota Reservation Period and you would like to choose a different egg donor, you will no longer require your Quota Reservation for your initial donor and as a result your Quota Reservation can be terminated.
On this basis, considering that you have terminated your Quota Reservation within the 3 years of purchase without a becoming pregnant with the specific donor and you do not have any embryos or eggs stored for future treatments, your Quota reservation is refunded. Note that failure to register a pregnancy or terminate your Quota Reservation within three years will result in the retention of the Quota Reservation, but refund eligibility will be forfeited. If you become pregnant within three years the quota reservation will be retained by OVACY for registering the pregnancy.
